Find Your Truth
Find Your Truth
Imagine what it would be like to be immersed in a river flowing strongly after a copious rain. You are holding onto a tree branch trying to resist the power of the running water. You’re scared, tired and uncertain, not knowing how long you’ll be able to hold on to it. At the same time, you’re not going anywhere and you are stuck in that precarious, uncomfortable place hoping for the water to calm down or for someone to find you and save you.
Many people are living our life this way. Trying to keep at bay the flow of emotion, the flow of life, the flow of energy that is constantly shifting everything around us and inside of us. We RESIST, while waiting for external conditions to change, for something to happen or for something to stop happening so that we can find peace. But that is not how it works.
We are not here to grasp onto an appearance of safety, bound to break at any moment. We’re here to be skilled swimmers, so that we can let go of that tree’s branch and enjoy the current, finding fun and nourishment on the banks and the water of the river, as we become friends with the flow and finally we become part of the river itself. It is not about stopping it; it is about being in it, being IT. We have everything we need, we just, in many cases, have lost the ability to see it and connect with it.
This is the work I offer my clients: help them liberate their self-concept and their notions of reality from rigid thinking, limiting beliefs and false assumptions. I help my clients find their Joyful Path and walk through their process of self-discovery and healing with freedom, skill and courage. All of this, while reconnecting with their inner child and their playful, purest, wonderous side - because FUN needs to be taken seriously!
We are part of one organism, and by realizing our deepest purpose and purest desires, and consequently act on them for the benefit of all beings, we will access that ever-lasting, deep seated joy and peace within us, regardless of obstacles and other external circumstances, which will be always part of life.
If you access your purest source of love and from there initiate all your actions and decisions, you may want to own an ice-cream cart, raise your child, become a monk, direct an orchestra or build a tech multinational and it will be just the same! It will make you joyful and spread goodness all around you. You will feel connected, supported, and acknowledged for your contribution, and automatically you will be grateful, open, and respectful of the contribution of others.
You have an infinite potential and you can start assuming responsibility for that now. It is a Joyful Path, and yet it's work. You need to bring your good will, your courage and your desire for wisdom, a pure form of wisdom. I will be assisting you, but you will be the one walking your path and finding your answers. In many cases, I will just help you find it because that is all you need; in others, we will walk a while together.
Imagining what is possible is the first step to make things become real. I am here to open that door with you. Finding peace starts with building peace inside ourselves, accepting all our contradictions and our constant evolution. We will be deconstructing the limited version of yourself you hold to be true and access a space of limitless possibility, freedom, fun and creativity.
I believe in love and in everyone’s infinite potential. As an ICF Certified Coach, I created Joyful Path, a holistic coaching practice, to help people walk through their process of evolution with a deeper look, a compassionate heart and a courageous vision, for the benefit of themselves and others. Introspection, mindfulness and the teachings of Dharma have changed my life and are an integral part of my coaching practice. I love to breathe, to sing, to dance like nobody’s watching and to laugh until it hurts; I cry a lot, too - Selika C.
